Fear.
But I have a growing fear that I'll miss out on God's plan. That I'll hear His voice but not do what He says. I've done that recently and the discouragement, pain, and disappointment I felt after my opportunity had passed was nearly suffocating.
That's what I fight.
I'm trying to figure out how to transfer my fear to something better.
My fear is of failure.
But I have a growing fear that I'll miss out on God's plan. That I'll hear His voice but not do what He says. I've done that recently and the discouragement, pain, and disappointment I felt after my opportunity had passed was nearly suffocating.
So I'm trying to capture that feeling. Remember it. Embrace it.
Let it motivate me.
Let that fear eat up every other fear.
"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom." [Proverbs 9:10a]
"Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game." [Babe Ruth]
